Wanted: BLCL Athletics Director

We’re looking for a Director of Athletics to help until the AGM in June, so consider this a trial run to see if you'd like to stay on after June!

The Big Lake Community League is seeking a passionate volunteer to lead and grow our sports programs, with a focus on soccer, as the season starts soon!

Year-round responsibilities of this role:

• Works with EMSA West to plan, organize, and execute all aspects of the soccer program, including scheduling, coaching, assuring proper equipment is available and coordination of matches.

• Attends EMSA West and ASA AGMs.

• Coordinates events, leagues, tournaments and clinics for various sports beyond soccer, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.

• Allocates resources for athletic programs, manages finances, creates budgets and purchases equipment as needed.
