Community League Day THANK YOUS

It was a very wet start to Community League Day, but this community league was determined to put on a fantastic event for our residents. We met new neighbours, splashed a little, laughed a lot, and ate plenty!

The event is all thanks to the phenomenal volunteers who stuck it out, the many special guests including: the Edmonton Police Service, Edmonton Fire Rescue Services, Mayor Andrew Nack, Councillor Reed Clarke, MLA Brooks Arcand-Paul, BLESS, our face painter vendor, inflatables vendor, and of course the many generous community businesses: Rohit Communities who provided a donation for the food and ice cream, Alberta Assessment Appeals for their monetary donation, Kinglet Physiotherapy and Wellness for their raffle prize donation, Kumon for their raffle prize donations, Oiishi Tea for their financial donation, and Trumpeter Drug Mart for donating all the drinking water!

And thank YOU, residents, for joining us in the muddiest Community League Day we've held (so far!).
