UPDATED HOURS: Swim at the new Coronation Park!

The Big Lake Community League Board is excited to announce community swimming for annual membership holders has moved from Jasper Place Leisure Centre to the Peter Hemingway Aquatic Centre, located at the new Coronation Park Sports and Recreation Centre. This change is in effect as of February 14, 2026.

With the location change, also comes with a date and time change. The free swimming for members is now on Saturdays from 4pm-6pm. After the first month of community league free facility use, Coronation Park Sports and Recreation Centre has changed the League's time slot for free facility use to 4-6pm.

To enjoy this free perk, you must be able to show your active community league membership. So, if you have a paper membership card, bring it with you to show facility staff. If you have a digital membership card through Communal, please download your membership card as a PDF or directly to your mobile Wallet.
